BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1.1 A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.

SET UP AND BREAKDOWN
4.1 Access to the venue for setup and breakdown must be provided up to 1 hours before and after the event depending on the complexity of the set-up.
4.2 The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits or permissions for equipment setup.

LIABILITY
5.1 MTR Productions Limited is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event.
5.2 The client is responsible for ensuring the safety of all attendees during the event.

FORCE MAJEURE
6.1 MTR Productions Limited is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control.
6.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MTR Productions Limited will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.

USAGE RIGHTS FOR IMAGES
7.1 By participating in any activities or events hosted by us, you acknowledge and agree that any images taken during these activities may be utilised for promotional purposes on our social media platforms unless expressly instructed otherwise.
